Chuck Sperry in “Help Puerto Rico” Show at Next Door Gallery to Aid Hurricane Victims

“Help Puerto Rico” at Next Door Gallery

October 16 to 21, 2017 – Opening October 19, 2017 at 6pm

Acclaimed artist Chuck Sperry, with 19 posters in the Moonalice series, is one of many concerned artists from different backgrounds who are mobilizing to help the people of Puerto Rico who have been devastated by Hurricane Maria.

On October 16, 2017, Next Door Gallery in Geneva, Switzerland will opens its doors for a unique exhibition where all sales will go to local aid organizations to bring water, electricity, and medicine to the most affected populations of the island.

TRPS presents Festival of Rock Posters 2017 event poster by Shane Edward Grogg

On Saturday, October 28, 2017, The Rock Poster Society is hosting their annual fall event Festival of Rock Posters at the San Francisco County Fair Building (also known as the Hall of Flowers) in Golden Gate Park in San Francisco. This event runs from 10:00am to 6:00pm and admission will vary depending on the time you arrive, after 3:00pm the event is FREE. Join the event on Facebook for more information.

If you are in the Bay Area, this is a great opportunity to meet many Moonalice and Doobie Decibel System poster artists, and get some of your favorites signed too! Artist Shane Grogg designed a psychedelic poster (pictured above) which will be available to purchase at the show.

The Rock Poster Society hosted it’s annual Festival of Rock Posters this past Saturday at the Hall of Flowers in Golden Gate Park. There were many Moonalice and Doobie Decibel System artists attending this special event, telling stories, selling art, and signing concert posters.
