We are very sad to hear of the passing of Wes Wilson, who is generally acknowledged as the father of the ’60s rock concert poster. Wes created 26 Moonalice and 3 Doobie Decibel System concert posters for us.

Wes will dearly be missed.

Oh, no! The trailblazing poster artist Wes Wilson has died. Wes made 26 posters for Moonalice, 3 for me, plus a reprint of his iconic 1965 anti war poster “Are We Next?” for a Moonalice show in SF’s Union Square prior to the 2016 election.
