Moonalice poster by Lee Conklin
Legend
According to Moonalice legend, today’s amazing poster by Lee Conklin depicts Mrs. Tam Moonalice, the mother of our own Mt. Tam. Mrs. Tam was a broad shouldered mountain of a lady, who married into our tribe. That’s why she is – as the poster suggests – a half Moonalice! She loved Italian street painting and always regretted not having any chalk tattoos. Thanks to her long and happy marriage to a human, Mrs. Tam was a fierce supporter of marriage equality. She would be very happy about the end of DOMA and Proposition 8.
