Legend

According to Moonalice legend, tonight’s poster by Lee Conklin is the first in a new Moonalice school of art: cannabism. Specifically, Lee is a leader in abstract cannabism. The poster depicts the history of Occupy Wall Street, from the Big Bang to the present. As you can see, the heartless capitalism of the status quo repressed the country before being challenged here by the youthful optimism of Occupy’s first participants. This yellow here depicts the clueless sadism of Lieutenant John Pike and his pepper spray. As you can see, somewhere in the middle everyone eventually will meet up for a giant smoke out, after which they will live happily ever after.
