Born and raised in beautiful Lake County, California, Wendy began drawing at a very early age. Though she prefers to be self-taught on most things, she studied art at the Academy of Art University, where she earned her B.A. degree in illustration. She creates art that is highly inspired by the psychedelic era of the sixties and the art nouveau period. She loves spending hours upon hours at her drafting table, drawing out all of her projects by hand. She has done posters and illustration work for Haight Ashbury Street Fair, The Rock Poster Society, San Francisco Public Library, The Heart of Cole Association, Bill Graham Presents, 2B1 Records, Lu Biscuits, AARP Bulletin, several independent bands and more. She currently resides with her husband in San Francisco, California where she works out of her home.
