According to Moonalice legend, tonight’s poster by Oakland’s own Chris Shaw, depicts Ying and Yang Moonalice, two koi from the pond here at the Museum. Ying and Yang want you to know that no matter how bad things get in Washington, DC … no matter what happens in places like Charlottesville … no matter what happens at Crissy Field … no matter how much damage the mad orange tries to inflict on us here in Oakland — or anywhere — we have to stick together. Together we can get through this. Stand up for all your brothers and sisters. Stand up to hate. Fight all -isms. Don’t forget: our side has way better music!!!
