According to Moonalice legend, tonight’s poster by Dennis Loren depicts one of the most unusual of crypto-zoological sea creatures. The existence of the Four-Headed Arctic Catfish was hypothesized by noted crypto-zoologist Nottaclue Moonalice, a scientist whose double vision give him twice as much insight as his colleagues. Nottaclue speculated that the Four-Headed Arctic Catfish would be highly prized by sushi lovers for its gritty realism and pleasing color palate. He further speculated that the hair balls produced by the Four-Headed Arctic Catfish would have magical powers which might enable a complete airhead to run for Vice President.

(July 2) According to Moonalice legend, today is the middle day of the year. The entire year is poised on a knife edge, waiting for something to happen. Will or won’t it? Only Big Steve Parish knows for sure. According to Moonalice legend, on this day in 1776 the Continental Congress approved a resolution severing ties with England.
