According to Moonalice legend, tonight’s poster by Alexandra Fischer depicts Lady Louisiana Moonalice, one of our tribe’s leading environmentalists. In this poster, Lady Louisiana appears to be drowning in hash oil. It looks bad for her. Born to royalty, Lady Lou, as she was known to the tribe, has led our fight against the Keystone XL pipeline. Unlike most environmentalists, who want Keystone stopped at all costs, Lady Lou is offering an alternative, a hash oil pipeline from Petaluma to New Orleans. Lady Lou knows that her Keystone 420 pipeline will leak — all pipelines leak — but she feels that the benefits to communities affected by leaks of hash oil more than offset the risks.
