According to Moonalice legend, tonight’s poster by John Mavroudis depicts Beatrice Moonalice — known as Honey Bea — who brought her buzz to Tahoe City in the mid-60s. Honey Bea loved flowers, especially hemp flowers, and spent her days happily buzzing from bud to bud. Apparently all the men in Tahoe City in the late 60s were named Bud. Who knew?
