Moonalice poster by Carolyn Ferris
Legend
According to Moonalice legend, tonight’s poster by Carolyn Ferris depicts the lovely Daisy Moonalice fleeing the evil rancher Meanie DeVille. Daisy was a good jumper for a cow and she got a running start. The exertion of jumping produced from Daisy back end a fart of epic proportions. The blast of methane propelled Daisy of the moon and out of harm’s way.
The moral of the story? Always do your best, even if it makes you fart
Artist’s Statement
“This one is Cowgirl, both the cowgirl and her cow are over the moon about tonight’s Moonalice show on Thursday, October 10 at Great American Music Hall celebrating Project Avary , an annual fundraising event that benefits children of incarcerated parents. Moove it on over to GAMH for our favorite Moonalice music and a night full of dancing.”
