Accord­ing to Moon­al­ice leg­end, today’s poster by Dar­rin Bren­ner depicts Madame Moon­al­ice, mis­tress of the crys­tal ball. Madame was the name given by her par­ents. When she grad­u­ated from for­tune telling school, she became Madame Madame Moon­al­ice, and was twice the psy­chic. She pre­dicted that cannabis seeds planted in the spring would pro­duce magic flow­ers in the sum­mer and great bud in the fall. She also pre­dicted that today in Long Beach, the moon would be full­ish and the bands would be foolish.
