Accord­ing to Moon­al­ice leg­end, today’s poster by Alexan­dra Fis­cher depicts Mys­tic Gath­er­ing Moon­al­ice, a girl with kalei­do­scope eyes.  Mys­tic was an owl, a cir­cum­stance with some gen­uine ben­e­fits.  For one thing, she could fly.  For another, she liked the taste of fresh rodent.  But there was one huge draw­back.  Lack­ing hands, Mys­tic was unable to roll her own doo­bies.  Imag­ine the frus­tra­tion.  She spent her days call­ing “Who, who, who’s gonna roll me a doo­bie.”  Then she arrived here in Selma, where the kind peo­ple were only too happy to help her out.  She has lived here hap­pily ever since.
